2026 MEMORIAL SHOT
July 4th
The 2026 memorial shot is in memory of Jackie Balisteri
A special note from our donors: “Fourth of July will forever hold a special place in our hearts at the Cloverleaf Lakes. Not only is it time well spent with family during a wonderful week at the lakes, even now our grown children don’t want to miss the traditions. It reminds us of our Auntie Jackie, and all the wonderful years spent here with her too.
We lost our Aunt Jackie in 2024 and hoped to be able to honor her for the memorial shot at some point. We are happy to get the opportunity for everyone to remember her this year.
Jackie started coming to the Cloverleaf lakes area as a teenager with her friends and then boyfriend, Steve. In the early 80’s, Steve & Jackie bought a cottage on Round Lake. They moved up here full-time in the early 90’s and bought a home on Pine Lake where she hosted many family reunions and where we set sail, participating in some fun pontoon parade themes. Her and Steve owned the Cloverleaf Café for a time during the 90’s and she was very involved in the lake’s community. Around the same time, she started the ever-growing Kiddie Parade on Saturday morning of the fourth weekend. It is such a special morning for our family to honor her every single year participating in it with our family. Our children haven’t missed a parade yet!

So this year, just like every year, we will spend time watching the fireworks with our family, but the start with the memorial shot will mean just a little bit more; a time to remember a wonderful lady, who loved the Cloverleaf Lakes Area her whole life.”
With love,
Janice & Julia
